A warm welcome to our 3rd cohort of Digital Fellows from across the country. We had a huge response once again as our ground-breaking programme has had such a positive impact and created a generation of new digital leaders and innovators. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year we expanded our Fellowship programme to ICS staff – women from informatics, data as well as all clinical backgrounds by working with North East and North Cumbria ICS who have sponsored four places on our programme: <\/strong>NHS in pledge to support ethnic minority women into digital health careers | North East and North Cumbria NHS <\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrating with our wonderful 2022\/23 Digital Fellows at the Rewired conference, 14th March 2023. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The award-winning Digital Fellowship has been developed with NHS England specifically to support ethnic minority nurses and midwives interested in health technology. Participants are supported to overcome career related challenges, build positive relationships & confidence, gain insight into different digital roles and the latest digital and data developments. The Fellowships have been sponsored by the NHS England Maternity Transformation fund and by the NHS England Nursing Directorate (Professional & System Leadership team). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were delighted to welcome Bisi Soledolu to the Shuri team in June 2021 as our Project Manager for the Nursing Fellowship. Bisi is a nurse & midwife by background and is passionate about helping nurses and midwives to succeed in their careers. In June 2022 she won the Workforce Innovator award at the National BAME Health and Care Awards for her work on the Fellowship ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
